The Busey Group was founded by Phil G. Busey in 2000 when he set out to help individuals and small, minority-owned, and tribal businesses start up, organize, expand, and meet marketplace challenges. Busey, member of the Cherokee Nation and Delaware Tribe, has guided the Oklahoma City based company through tremendous growth. Today the Busey Group is a business consortium with established experience in program management, government contracting, commercial business solutions, value added reselling and consulting support with operations nationwide, including Alaska and Hawaii.
In 2006, the Busey Group was recognized in Inc. 500 has one of the fastest growing privately held businesses in the nation. The Busey Group prides itself of its commitment to the communities it serves and the foundation of entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and integrity it has been built upon.
