An Oklahoma City company is set to go international with new a contract award with Boeing.

Delaware Resource Group (DRG), a Busey Group company, secured a $7.5 million contract to train flight crews from the United Arab Emirates.
Delaware was hired by Boeing to start and maintain a C-17 training site. Recruiting and hiring of instructors start now. The contract, set to start June 2011, will be initially for three and a half years.
DRG has been serving as a subcontractor to Boeing for the U.S. Air Force C-17 Aircrew Training System contract since 2005.
"This award is a huge step for our team, as we have now entered the international market," said Brian Busey, vice president of human resources and operations for DRG.
"We hope to continue to grow our presence internationally from the foundation put in place by these contracts."
Phil Busey Sr., chairman and CEO of DRG and the Busey Group of Companies, said the company won the contract because of its extensive experience and role with Boeing on other programs and because of the company’s long-standing working relationship on multiple programs.
In January of this year, DRG won a $30 million training contract with the Air Force.
"We are really pleased with the direction the business is going and this step expanding to the international market," Busey said. "This success is a testament to the hard work the employees of this company have made.”
