March 25th, 2008

OKLAHOMA CITY - The former director of training support for Boeing has joined the Busey Group of Companies. Kent Milliken has been named Director of Government Contracts.

"We are very pleased Kent has joined the companies," said Phil G. Busey, Chairman and CEO. "He brings over twenty years of government contracting plus military experience and knowledge which will help us considerably as we continue to grow our contract base."

Milliken will provide much needed support to the expanding infrastructure of the companies as the business base continues to diversify and grow.

Milliken will oversee current and future Air Force and Department of Defense training and support contracts. Milliken is a retired F-15 pilot and during Milliken's career at Boeing, he managed training support programs encompassing over 40 operating sites worldwide and 900 employees. He was responsible for aircrew training, courseware development and training device maintenance for fighter, bomber, transport, tanker, command and control, trainer and helicopter training programs.

Delaware Resource Group, a Busey Group company, currently operates aircrew training, courseware development and training device maintenance support for several Air Force aircraft platforms.

"Kent brings expertise that will help us better meet the needs of our customers and ensure our programs remain ahead of the curve," Busey said.

Ray Parrish, also a former senior manager from Boeing, joined the Busey Group in 2007 and is providing management and logistics support to the companies Coal-Bed Methane Operations.
